[16a-1G-7] Fine patterning of organic transistors by combination of inkjet printing and electroless plating

Inkjet printing has caught much atterntion for large scale device fabrication.In this report we patterned organic single crystalline thin films using mixed solvent to achieve proper solubility and ejection. The 10-μm-wide single crystalline thin films showed high mobility (more than 1 cm2/Vs) .Next, to pattern electrodes we inkjeted Ag ink to grow Au on by electroless plating.
