Printing technology is promising process for making organic flexible device. Organic ink is necessary for conventional printing technique, however, organic solvents used to make organic semiconductor ink much affect on environments. We had developed and presented solvent free printing process, such as thermal press, thermal lamination, and ultrasonic welding methods. This time, we have succeeded in pattering the organic semiconductor by solvent free electrophotographic process.
