[16a-2Q-2] Time-variation of two-dimensional radiation intensity distribution of O I, Ti I and TiO
- TiO2 nanopowder synthesis using thermal plasma with intermittent feedstock injection -

The two-dimensional spectroscopic observation was carried out during TiO2 nanopowder (NPs) synthesis using induction thermal plasma. In order to investigate fundamental process of NPs synthesis, feedstock was intermittently injected into the torch. From the observation results, distribution of excited O atoms, Ti feedstock evaporation and TiO molecules formation and convection process were investigated.
