[16a-4E-1] Characteristics of debris from solid Ar laser plasma for X-ray source

We report characteristics of plasma debris, mainly, fast ions emitted from solid Ar laser plasma to generate X-ray continuously. Under continuous operation of plasma targets, amount of the ions was decreased. The ions’ maximum energy was found to be 5 KeV at laser energy of 1J. Using these measured results, we estimated debris damage on optics located near the plasma and also report it.
