Keywords:biological reaction control, low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma

Low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma has been applied to the cure skin diseases. However, its mechanism has been analyzed on the basis of profile. In this study, low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma was directly applied mouse cells and RNA expression change was analyzed. Compared to non-treated control cells, expression of nuclear RNA and hypothetical transmembrane genes were observed. This is a first-step to understand molecular mechanisms of plasma effects on mammalian.
