The National Institute of Technology, Hachinohe College introduced 4 term system for the first time in National Institute of Technology, and became the 2nd year in this year. Since the self-directed inquiry in which the students find a theme by themselves started, the school which was a place taught for the students began to change to the place which they learn voluntarily.
