When the accident of the nuclear power plant, such as the Fukushima occurs, α-ray radiation material is scattered to the outside environment. To measure the α ray from weak environmental samples, it is necessary to develop detectors which can measure a sample having a large area. Since Frisch grid chambers which can be large area have microphonic noise, investigate gas ionization chambers with Coplanar electrodes. We have experiments to optimize such as an electrode structure of a cylindrical type and a parallel-plate type. We show that energy resolution.
