[13p-B9-1] Three dimensional atomic images of multi-component materials using synchrotron radiation

Shinya Hosokawa1 (1.Kumamoto Univ.)

Keywords:atomic structure, atomic image, local environment

To investigate the properties of multi-component functional materials, it is important to clarify local structures around each constituent element. X-ray fluorescence holography (XFH) is a relatively new method of structure characterizations, and can draw three-dimensional atomic images around the specific element. In this presentation, I'd like to introduce the principle of the XFH, and its applications to some functional materials in detail.
