We have investigated effects of hole transport layer (HTL) in lead halide perovskite solar cells on the recovery behavior of Electroluminescence (EL) intensity. We fabricated the CH3NH3PbI3-based solar cells with HTL and without HTL. EL images of the cells under a constant voltage of 1 V were obtained. During the forward bias for 15 min, EL intensity of the cell with HTL gradually decreases, while without HTL quickly decreases. Then, EL intensity of the cell with HTL materially recovers quickly, meanwhile without HTL recovers slowly. The difference of recovery behavior of EL intensity between the cell with HTL and without HTL is probably due to difference of ion movement.
