We developed d-π complexes consisting of HAT derivatives and copper halides, which have been used for electron-transporting layer in OLEDs and hole-transporting layer in OPVs, respectively. The thin film of d-π complexes show strong absorption, conducting properties and large dielectric constants, which are controllable by changing the copper halides ratio. In this symposium we will present the development of thin film solar cells using d-π complexes consisting of HATNA-Me 6 and copper halides.
