Shin-Etsu Chemical Co.,Ltd. have developed a suitable silicone encapsulant for the present PV lamination process,and we have confirmed the characteristics of the PV module with AIST. We introduce the results of damp heat test, heat cycle test, PID test, combustion test,and we explain the remarkable quality of the enhanced PV module with the silicone encapsulant.
