△ [14p-A31-8] Electrochemical characterizations of an ionic liquid/anatase TiO₂ interface

SrTiO₃ and anatase TiO₂ are expected for device applications such as electric double layer transistors. It is important to clarify the electrochemical properties of the semiconductor and ionic liquid interface. Here we show the in-situ interfacial electrochemical properties of ionic liquid/anatase TiO₂ on the SrTiO₃ substrate with various thicknesses.
