Keywords:attosecond, high-harmonic generation

We demonstrate the generation of attosecond pulses at 100 eV using a BiB3O6 -based optical parametric chirped pulse amplifier operated at 1600 nm and their characterization by the attosecond streaking technique. Using a narrow-band XUV mirror, we obtain nearly transform-limited and isolated attosecond pulses with 5 eV bandwidth. We plan to apply these attosecond XUV pulses for streaking measurements of solids and real-time sampling of IR waveform deformation in high-harmonic generation.
