[14p-C42-6] Wide-field Heterodyne Interference vibrometry for vibration measurement in bio-tissue
Keywords:Vibration measurement in bio-tissue, Interference microscope
We developed a new wide-filed heterodyne interference vibrometry (WHIV) that is able to make measurement of spatial kHz vibration with a conventional CMOS camera. In this research, WHIV technique was introduced to a microscopic interferometer for spatial vibration measurement in biological tissue. We conducted measurements of 420 nm, 10 kHz vibration distributions of a mouse leg tissue surface.
