In the present study, we investigate a method to monitor the spatial distribution of concentrations of oxygenated hemoglobin C_HbO, deoxygenated hemoglobin C_HbR, total hemoglobin C_HbT, and tissue oxygen saturation StO₂ in hepatic tissue using a digital red-green-blue camera.
