[14p-D61-14] Tc improvement of the NbN ultra-thin films by the MgO+CaO mixed buffer layer

For improvement of the performance of the superconducting hot electron bolometer, we tried to improve the superconducting transition temperature (Tc) of NbN ultra-thin films of 4 nm thickness by using buffer layer. As the buffer layer, the MgO and CaO mixed films of 7.2 nm thickness were used. By using the buffer layer, Tc of NbN ultra-thin films increased about 0.7 K, and Tc of NbN of 3 nm thickness showed 11.5 K.
