We have been developing a “Mössbauer Spectroscopic Microscope” to enable us to observe the the distribution of each state of the iron impurities in Si solar cells under operation. In this presentation, we will report the investigation of the diffusion of each state of the iron impurities in single crystaline Si by the Mössbauer Spectroscopic Microscope.
