The multilayer graphene nanoribbon (GNR) with the turbostratic structure has a band structure similar to that of single-layer graphene due to very weak interaction between graphene layers. This feature is ideal for high-performance field effect transistors with both high carrier mobility and high IOn/IOff ratio. In this study, we focus on the carrier mobility and IOn/IOff ratio, and examine the multi-stacking effects on carrier transport properties of GNR by comparison with various layer numbers of GNR.
