Keywords:centrifugal microfluidic device, microTAS, ELISA

We report on the centrifugal microfluidic devices that passively execute flow control on steady rotation frequency without external triggers, and the automatic ELISA using the device. We developed the devices that are able to execute 4 steps unit operation, injection of sample, duplicate wash and injection of TMB substrate, on steady rotation. In addition, by optimizing protocol and solid state of antibody, we succeeded in developing the device that is able to measure concentration of antigen within the limit of 1-100 ng/ml.
