The transmission type four detector photopolarimeter (T-FDP) utilizes the change of polarization state of the reflected or transmitted light through the beam splitters (BS). It is considered the change of the incident angle of the light into the BS induces the change of the polarization state of the light due to the reflection or transmission properties of BS which results in the origin of the measurements error. The incident angle dependence of each element for the instrument was observed by changing the incident angle into the T-FDP. As the correction method for the error, the instrument matrix was obtained as the function of incident angle.
