There is the immunoassay as quantitative analysis for small amount of proteins. Usually, 100 ~ 300 mL wells are used for sample absorption to their walls. The detection limit of this method is several tens pg/mL. For analysing more smaller amount of proteins, it requires more high sensitivity. Therefore, in this study, we propose fluorescence measuring method based on glass multi-capillary. This time we investigated detection sensitivity property in this method. Then we comfirmed that we can detect samples whose concentration is 1 mg/mL. Moreover, when we compared fluorescence intensity of multi-capillary and that of glass plate, multi-capillary offered seventy times stronger intensity compared to glass plate. This result suggests that the multi-capillary has potential as high-sensitive biosensor.
