[15a-P1-3] Fluorescence spectral imaging using output speckle pattern of multimode fiber

We propose fluorescence spectral imaging using output speckle pattern of multimode fiber. A fluorescent material is irradiated with laser through excitation fiber. Here, speckle pattern is taken with CCD, and fluorescence intensity is acquired by detection fiber. Distribution of fluorescence acquired by calculation of these data. We made sample that is frosted glass applied two kinds of quantum dots on, and succeeded in multi-color imaging for it.
