[15p-B11-3] Bio-interface on Graphene for Protein Detection Application
Keywords:graphene, biosensor, protein detection
We report on a bio-interface built on pristine graphene and its application to a protein sensor. We demonstrate that the graphene-based sensor yields fluorescence when there is a target protein in the sample. We discuss the selectivity and limit of detection using a microchannel configuration built on the sensor. We also show quantitatively that the graphene sensor exhibits better performance than graphene oxide-based sensor.
