Keywords:in-liquid plasma, cell membrane, drug-molecule transfer

Non-equilibrium atmospheric-pressure plasma has recently emerged as a novel tool in medicine. As we assume the treatment in vivo, we try to generate the micro plasma in liquid and apply it to the transfer of the drug-simulated molecule to the cell. As a result, the drug-simulated molecules are transferred to the cells over a wide area, regardless of the electric current density. Therefore long lifetime reactive species which is enough to diffuse, could be one of key factors in cell membrane permeabilization by in-liquid plasma.
