[15p-P10-4] Measurment of photovoltaic cell with hydrothermal synthesis of wavelength conversion nanoparticles of ZnSeS:Mn

In recent years, the power generation efficiency of the solar cell have been improved by the addition of the wavelength converting material. We have developed the synthetic methods of semiconductor nanoparticles of ZnSeS:Mn. These nanoparticles are wavelength conversion materials with colorless, transparent and UV absorbs. In this study, these nanoparticles were applied for photovoltaic cell. It was observed power generation improvement of 0.6%.
