[15p-P3-24] Fabrication of TiO2 films using sol-gel method and application to dye-sensitized solar cells

I manufacture TiO2 conductive film in the dye-sensitized solar cell using the sol gel method which can make the film in low temperature composition, and the crystal is uniform in the film. I add a catalyst to titanium(IV)tetrabutoxide Ti[O(CH2)3CH3]4 becoming the materials of the TiO2 film and I stir it and make solution. I apply it to a board after the washing and put a device in a constant temperature humidistat bath to promote a sol gel reaction and evaluate the TiO2 film after having been dried it. I think that I can apply it as a solar battery by adsorbing a dye to the TiO2 film which I made this time, and picking it up with an electrode.
