[15p-P3-32] Preparation and Application on Metal, Semiconductor Nanoparticle Dispersion SiO2

This paper shows electrical properties of silicon nanoparticle (SiNP)/SiO2 composite structure. The binder SiO2 was made from Perhydropolysilazane (PHPS). A combination SiO2 and the SiNP is an interesting option in various applications. This composite structure has a potential to be used as a back contact on PEARL type solar cells as well as to create a new device structures. In this study, fundamental properties of SiNP/SiO2 composite structure were examined.
