[15p-P5-4] Heat flux distribution of atmospheric pressure plasma jet

Only few reports on heat load of atmospheric pressure plasma on targets exist. In this work, a movable metal target is set in front of atmospheric plasma jet, and, from its temperature evolution data, quantitative estimation of heat flux is conducted.
