[16a-A33-4] Gas ratio effect on graphene crystallinity in graphene synthesis from graphene oxide via plasma

We succeeded in synthesizing graphene on dielectric substrate from graphene oxide (GO) via plasma treatment. The mobility of the graphene is about 500 cm2 / V s, which indicates high crystallinity of the graphene. However, there are some problems to be solved in this method. For example, FWHM of G band is wider than that of graphene synthesized exfoliation method and synthesis mechanism is not elucidated yet. That’s why we changed gas ratio and investigated the effect on graphene crystallinity. As a result, increase of hydrogen gives us high crystallinity graphene with narrower FWHM of G band.
