[16a-A35-8] The Infrared Spectral Imaging of Mineral by Quantum Dot Array Sensor
Keywords:Quantum Dot Array Sensor, Mineral, Infrared Spectral Imaging
The applicability of the infrared spectrum imaging technology is expected in the geological and the resource-searching, and further sensitivity is requested. The quantum dot infrared detector (QDIP) is expected as a detector with high sensitivity and wavelength-selectivity. In our previous report of JSAP, an FPA (Focal Plane Array) made by the QDIP whose specific detectivity was improved by a near barrier structure, was evaluated by infrared imaging. In this report, the result of the infrared spectral imaging of a dolomite and a feldspar rock by FPA with a sensitivity peak of wavelength 5.5 um and 6.5 um will be shown.
