△ [16a-B7-2] Spectroscopic study on influence of coil-current modulation for the pulse-modulated induction thermal plasmas during TiO2 nanopowder synthesis

It is necessary to control the temperature in the torch in order to control nanopowder(NPs) synthesis process using induction thermal plasmas. The authors have studied NPs synthesis process using pulse-modulated induction thermal plasmas (PMITP). This report describes two-dimensional (2-D) observation result of TiO radiation intensity and estimation result for 2-D distribution of Ti excitation temperature during TiO2 NPs synthesis using PMITP.
