Quantum nanodisks (QNDs) was fabricated by an original top-down process. The QNDs designing was controlled precisely. We investigated the temperature dependence of the radiative recombination process using a photoluminescence (PL) technique. A QND sample that has the high aspect ratio was prepared. We obtained the high stability of the temperature dependence from the PL emission by the three dimensional confinement of electrons in QNDs.
