[16a-P3-3] Temperature-dependent Interlayer Coupling in Fe3Si/FeSi2 Superlattices

Interlayer coupling induced in Fe3Si/FeSi2 artificial lattices deposited on Si(111) by facing targets direct-current sputtering was investigated at low temperatures by polarized neutron reflectivity spectrum measurements. We report the temperature-dependence of the interlayer coupling.
