DCマグネトロンスパッタで成膜される膜厚の分布をシミュレーションにより予測する。
磁石の配置から計算される磁場の分布をもとに、電磁場中の電子の挙動を考慮したエロージョンおよびウェハに成膜される膜厚分布を予測する手法と実測値との比較を報告する。
