We propose to incorporate dielectric nanoparticles at anode (ITO) to enhance the light extraction efficiency of organic light emitting diode (OLED). The dielectric nanoparticles will help in scattering of light and thereby more power can be extracted out of the device. The simulation and analysis of design has been carried out by finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. The enhancement of 1.57 times in light extraction efficiency has been achieved.
