[16p-P1-4] Development rapid scan terahertz time domain spectroscopy system by using laser timing jitter

Rapid scan terahertz time domain spectroscopy system by using laser timing jitter was studied. Timing difference between pump and probe pulse was measured by sum frequency generation method by using nonlinear optic crystal, and THz wave intensity was measured at the same time. These result showed good agreement with measurement result by lock-in detection.
