[16p-P4-10] TRP Channel-mediated Intracellular Calcium Dynamics in Cells Stimulated by Short-lived Reactive Species in Plasma-irradiated Solution

We have previously reported that spatially-selective transfer of genes and drugs is realized by use of the plasma irradiation and one of the factors is plasma-produced chemical reactive species in liquid. The presentation will contain the mechanism of cellular response to the reactive species in liquid, focusing on the intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca²⁺]_i) which is considered to regulate various cell functions and the TRP channel which has attracted attention as cellular sensors for mechanical and chemical stimuli.
