フタロシアニン誘導体C6PcH₂はディスコティック液晶性や可溶性を有し、カラム軸方向に高いキャリア移動度を示す有機半導体材料である。従来の溶液プロセスにより作製したC6PcH₂薄膜はカラム軸が一軸配向しておらず、高いキャリア輸送特性が活かされていない。そこで本研究では、バーコート法に着目してC6PcH₂薄膜を作製し、膜中の分子配向状態と結晶構造について調べた。
