▼ [19p-P1-16] Enhancement of L21 ordering and spin-polarization of Co2FeSi thin film by substitution of Fe with Ti

We reported a new type of Heusler alloy Co2Fe1-xTixSi thin films prepared by co-sputtering on MgO(001) single crystal substrate and its structural, magnetic and transport properties were systematically investigated. Fermi level of this Heusler alloy was able to be tuned toward the center of band gap by increasing Ti composition leading to an improvement of robust half-metallicity. The improvement of half-metallic property had been confirmed by sign change of signal and temperature dependence suppression of resistivity change in AMR measurement experimentally. L21 ordering and spin-polarization were enhanced simultaneously in CFTS Heusler alloy, which made it a promising material for spintronic application.
