[19p-P11-3] Rectification Properties at the Silicon(111)/SAM of Ferrocene Derivatives/Liquid Metal Junctions

We fabricated the self-assembled monolayer of ferrocenyl-alkanethiol with different chain length on a silicon surface, and measured the current-voltage characteristics. We obtained rectification properties, which were dependent on the chain length of the molecules.
