[19p-P12-22] Effects of H2O2 treatment for ultraviolet photoresponse of ZnO single crystals

The effects of H2O2 treatment on photoconductive properties of the O-face of ZnO single crystals are described. Time response characteristics of the photocurrent were measured using the UV light with the wave length of about 360 nm. The photocurrent of the O-face of ZnO single crystals with H2O2 treatment was smaller than that of ZnO single crystals without H2O2 treatment. Decay time responses of the O-face of ZnO single crystals with H2O2 treatment was faster than that of ZnO single crystals without H2O2 treatment. We explain these phenomena by the energy band model near the surface of ZnO.
