[19p-P7-15] Observation of death/proliferation of breast cancer cells treated with plasma-activated medium

We previously showed that plasma-activated medium (PAM) induced glioblastoma cells to apoptosis. Besides, we indicated the selective effect of PAM on the death of human breast normal and cancer cells, MCF10A and MCF7, respectively, by regulating the intensity. In this study, we treated the mixture of these cells, and observed the varieties such as the death and/or proliferation by fluorescent microscopy.
