Our approaches toward fabrication of highly efficient perovskite solar cells basis on the elucidation of the structures of intermediates that could form during the perovskite layer formation in solution method and development of new organic semiconductors for p-type buffer layer. In this presentation, the recent progress on our research will be reported in detail.
