For biomedical applications, it is an important issue to understand the complicated mechanism of interaction of the plasma jet with liquid because the cellular tissue is covered by a thin liquid layer of a blood. In this study, we analyze the discharge characteristics of the plasma jet under the various ambient gas conditions in open air. We also evaluate ROS and RNS concentrations in liquid produced by irradiation of the plasma jet.
