[20p-P5-5] Waveguide-type Mirrors for RGB Laser Combiners

In a scanning display, it is necessary to combine the red-green-blue laser beams into one single beam. The combined beam is then scanned onto the screen. We have realized a waveguide-type combiner as such laser combiners. In this combiner, a curved waveguide is required for connecting the combiner and the laser diode. In this presentation, we propose a waveguide-type mirror as a curved waveguide. The fabrication and the evaluation of the mirror is also presented.
