The nano-scale morphologies of bulk heterojunction (BHJ) layer based on p-type polymer and n-type fullerene compounds significantly affect the photoelectric conversion efficiency, but it is difficult to control the morphologies of BHJ layer. In this study, we tried to blend P3HT with different regioregulaities in order to control the morphologies of P3HT in BHJ layer, and as a result we found that the orientation of crystalline P3HT change by the blending and the photoelectric conversion efficiency was increased.
