I have reported that photocells based on PTB7 and neat C70 prepared with halogen-free solvent, 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene (pseudocumene) show PCE over 4%. In this study, the characteristics of the photocell under low light illumination are studied, in order to clarify the applicability of the device for in-door light harvesting.
