The high resolution techniques for characterizing the local electrical properties of the conjugated polymer films are of prime importance for further material and device improvement. Conductive atomic force microscopy (C-AFM) is a powerful tool to measure the local charge transport of polymer thin films. In this study, we develop the method to characterize the local electron transport property of conjugated polymer films. By introducing an air stable cathode electrode to C-AFM, we successfully characterized the nanoscopic electron transport properties of the films.
