by the metal-organic decomposition method using mis-cut substrates

We tried to prepare (11n) oriented Bi2212 thin films without twin structure by the MOD method using the mis-cut substrate of STO(110). From the XRD patterns and SEM images, we find that the sample using 10° mis-cut substrate has Bi2212(11n) grains almost without twin structure, in the case of preparing in the air.
