[20p-W833-9] Substitution Effects and Crystal Growth in RuGd1222 System

The samples Ru1-xSr2Gd1.4Ce0.6Cu2+xO10-d (RuGd1222, x = -0.3, 0.0, 0.3, 0.5) were synthesized by solid state reaction and self-flux growth. Cu doping for Ru site suppresses the formation of RuGd1222 phase. The sample (x = 0.0) synthesized by self-flux growth up to 1350 oC shows superconductivity at Tc-onset = 30 K.
